My boiler is only 6 months old Vokera Syntesi 25e, when you look through the little port hole at the front the flames are considerably yellow, should I call installer or Vokera as the the boiler is under warranty

Thanks

If the installer is corgi regestered then call the installer back to check for incomplete combustion , Please note this should have been picked up on at the commishing stage (befor the hand over to the customer) . If how ever you are not happy with the out come then it would be time to get corgi or the manufacter or both involved.
