Hi,
I am a mum of a young boy with profound physical and learning difficulties. I have a friend whose daughter is also special needs, who has learning difficulties but is more or less able bodied. She is 5 and has no sense of danger which is exhausting as you can imagine.
Anyway, my friend had a frightening experience in that her wee girl managed to run a very hot bath and was about to jump into it which would have been horrific.
Any plumbing ideas/gadgets to prevent the wee girl doing this again?
I should add her mum totally loves ( and needs 'cos of rheumatism and backpain ) hot baths herself so something that would be easily adjustable by the adults would be the best.
many thanks

A blending valve at the bath is the best option, it can be set to a safe temperature, but I would not say it is easily adjustable here is an example of a blending valve
