I have a Alph CB28 combination boiler which is 5 years old and 12 radiators, of which 8 are 19 years old, and the other 4 are 9 years old.

I have had problems with the house not being as warm as normal, and had a heating engineer out ,and was told we needed a power flush as I had circulation problems, due to rust in my radiators and was quoted £545 +vat.

I then went on the web and found a company called powerflushuk.com who quoted me 378+vat . Has anyone heard of the company or can recommend someone in my area chesterfield Derbyshire but I am also not far from sheffield in south yorkshire.

I do not know what questions I should ask of someone doing this job to get an idea of if they will do a good job correctly and with the correct machine? so if you could advise me, as I was unsure if I should get new radiators in stead of the power flush.

I dont have time to write much but the Kamco site may give you some ideas.

We charge about £350 inc in London area and use proper chemicals!!!
