Am I loosing my touch?
Bathroom and ensuite hot taps were dripping, changed washers and reseated. All fine. Very Happy Turn on heating/hot water, boiler fires up and 30 secs later the taps are dripping again. Crying or Very sad Rewashered again, just in case, same thing happens.
It is a megaflow but pressure/ temp relief valve should take care of build up in system. House and system a couple of years old.
Any ideas?

HI trev

have you checked the press reducer valve to the megaflow (3 bar)I have seen these set to high ,also if the cold draw off for taps is after the expansion relif valve when the water is heated it expands and ive seen pressure vessels set to high and is taken up in the hot and cold pipes before the vessel comes into action and the tap washer is the weakest point and they can drip.

regards ant
