I have a Stelrad Ideal Elan 2. It has gone out. I have tried the start up sequence printed on the boiler, these reuire a large switch to be moved to the right, wait 3 minutes and then ignite. The boiler ignites but then the button clicks and the fire goes out (i'm assuming that the gas cuts off). Am I missing a trick in the atrat up or is this a 'proper' problem (happens when the boiler is set to either High or Low).
