I have two outside corners in the bathroom where I am going to use white plastic trim with white ceramic tiles.
Is it normal to apply the trim directly flush to the ceramic tiles or do you leave a gap and then apply grout?

i'd say personal choice and dependant on where you are fitting them.

i presume it's not in a wet area so either way would be ok.
