This is strange and doing my head in, so any advise will be gladly appreciated.

When the hot water in the bathroom is running via the basin or the bath, we end up getting a nasty smell in the kitchen. I have had the drains checked and there are no blocks, all the pipes seems to fine and block free.

Can anybody advise???

Cheers

Not exactly sure but have had the washing machine pipe changed anyway along with the pipe under the sink, have put Mr Muscle in the bath and basin in the bathroom and it cleared it up for a few days but then it returned again.

Any suggestions????????

Thanks for the reply. Smile

have you got an anti gurgle on the kitchen sink, it's just a guess but the water coming from upstairs may be causing a vacuum in the sink pipework and sucking the water out of the trap. Question
