Sounds like a good idea, but perhaps not so good on reflection.
Have you ever used a spray-tap in a public convenience, restaurant, or college? I have always found the water flow from them annoyingly sparse, and have to stand there longer if I want to wash my hands clean and rinse off the soap properly. I guess the Tapmagic would be similar in effect, and I'd be tempted to simply turn it on to full-flow mode -- where the water-saving is zero.
I do not believe that a 50% - 70% reduced flow will feel effective or do the job, even when disguised in the form of a spray.
Sorry to pour cold water on this idea (ha-ha), but if you want to save water without fitting a Tapmagic, just don't turn on the basin tap as much as usual!
Cheers, Big Al
