I'm not a plumber & need some help.

Live in a flat and had a new kitchen fitted at the weekend, whilst we were away. We have cold water in the kitchen but not in the bathroom. The electric shower works. but no cold water for sink, bath or toilet.

My dad told me to 'blow' down the tap when it was open to release the air block. Have done this and hear the water gurgling, but still nothing coming out the taps.

Any help before i start spending money would be helpful. (Hope i posted this in the right forum).

Duncan

It should not cost u money as the kitchen fitters are liable for any problems arising from their installation.
Loke Mike says look for service valves on the outlets not working.

Cheers for the replies.

Got my old man round and cost less than £4 to fix. Cold water isolation valve was knackered. When it was turned off and then turned back on again it broke off so no water running through. Drained the cold water storage tank and fitted a new 1 and alls well now.

Kitchen wasnt fitted by the store fitters as cost too much. as done by a work collegues father.
