Hi, can anybody give me any hints to solving this:- basically I am unable to get hot water when I switch my boiler to 'water' and even when it is in 'heating & water' the water is only lukewarm.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

probably aprobelm with the diverter valve either needs a new diaphgragm or wants changing
