I would like to install ventillation to my bath/shower room to reduce condensation. The room is approximately 7ftx7ft and has a window. It currently has no extractor fan.
Can I ask a couple of simple questions:
1) Is the Xpelair Premier CF20 a good choice ?
2) The fan must be ceiling mounted as I do not have a suitable outside wall. Can I vent directly into the loft ?
3) Can this fan be wired into the lighting circuit ?
Any help gratefully received...

I cant help you on your choice of extractor but you cant vent directly into the loft imagine all that warm wet air being pumped directly into your cold loft imediately condensing thats one wet loft. If you do not have a suitable external wall in the loft you will need to take it through the roof.
