tell us more. lots more!
Age, Size, Capacity, water flow metered or clock timer, water quality parimeters, ect. Home or business, how many persons in home, etc.
Then tell us what you think it is or is not doing???

Hope you have all got your drinking water tap directly from the supply pipe!
Also a non return valve on the inlet?

unfortunately i'm still waiting to move back home but the contractor is scheduled to fit both as suggested...
