Yes – this are designed for commercial / industrial applications and this makes them very expensive compared to standard controllers. They can be complicated to set up, best suited to somebody with an inherent desire to ‘tinker’ with controls, and a good understanding of controls and/or heating systems.
Their complexity may mean that your local plumber will be unfamiliar and you will need a suitably skill heating engineer (higher cost) – this would also follow on for future maintenance.
