In a house designed for warm-air, noise irritations can easily be designed out, by correct siting of the unit; for example, in a cupboard at the rear of a garage. If a warm-air unit cupboard is within the main house, adequate soundproofing of the cupboard will be sufficient. Warm-air units also generally have sound insulation within the units casing.
Fixing the warm-unit on a solid base or wall, in wall mounted units, will eliminate vibrations.
