| I have a 5-year old Waterside MC250 water softener. The problem is that the salt bin is more than half full of water and has been on and off for weeks. I've emptied the water a few times and re-filled with salt but the problem re-occurs. Any advice or help please? |

I have had the same water softener in my house for 15 months. Got a similar problem and eventually the thing stuck so that I had a continual overflow.
Waterside fitter came out and replaced the circuit board. All OK now. |
