Hi All,
I just wanted to check I'm doing myself justice in terms of rate. I've got 2 1/2 years experience fitting bathrooms, including all tiling, and doing general maintenance repairs etc. I'm not Corgi registered so do no gas work. I'm currently charging myself at £150 per day. If I take into account my advertising, running the van, professional insurances etc then it's not a brilliant salary. I'm efficient and believe myself to be proessional, and always get great feedback.
Is £150 right, or do you think I can got up to £200 or more? Any help, especially from people in the local area, would be appreciated. |

base your assessment on how many accept your figures and how many dont.
If more than 80% accept then its about right.
If less then probably too high.
but how far in advance are you booked? If less than two weeks then its too high.
If more then 10 weeks then too low!

You should start your own thread!
But you may be better posting at Screwix but be prepared for a lot of flack if your qualifications and experience are not first rate! Make sure you include them in your first posting.
