Hi,

I seem to have a problem with my AD10. It seems to goes through the softening cycle ok but although it fills up with water and flushes with fresh water I can see that it is not "sucking" the salt water through the softner. I have stripped it down and all seals seem to be ok and no blockages in the pipes etc.

Any ideas anyone or does anyone have a service/fault finding guide?

Thanks

Phil

If you ring Tapworks in High Wycombe they can do an on line diagnostics call using the internal speaker, assuming you have a phone nearby.
