Hello there
Any advice please on how best to drill a hole in a Ceramica sink for the taps. It's a heavy porcelain type material and probably brittle. Would a glass drill bit be advised? The shop has been no support
many thanks for any help

I would think you need to use a masonry drill run at slow speed and without any hammer action. Avoid heavy pressure and just allow the drill bit to do its work. This should avoid cracking the brittle ceramic.
Anyone have better ideas?

on the under side of the sink are there three pre drilled holes that you are surpost to center punch out. my 1st one was very scary £800 sink . all went well though.
