Hi
Wonder if anyone could help identify a problem I'm having with my five-year-old(-ish) Glow Worm 80e. It's firing up fine and delivering CH no problem, but the hot water has been erratic and has now cut out altogether -- the system apparently isn't "sensing" that water is being demanded, and so isn't delivering any. I had someone service the machine while it was being erratic (by sod's law it was working fine that day!) but he didn't have any obvious suggestions.
From digging around the web, various different options suggested -- perhaps the hot water sensor, or the DHW microswitch, or PCB, or maybe even diverter valve. Anyone have any tips? Will this be an expensive job to sort out?
Thanks for your time

| Does the H.Water demand light come on, if not most likely diaphragm on H.Water pressure switch. then check micro switch for operation, then wiring then P.C.B. if it was the diverter valve then heating would come on when H.Water demand. |

No hot water demand LED, no -- whenever it's come on over the past few weeks (as occasionally it has) it's delivered HW into the system. Now it's staying off.
Does that mean it's probably quite a simple job, then? |

| If its the diaphragm its not a hard job, you need to find out whats wrong first, the manual might help |
