We have a Triton Capella Mixer Shower which is just coming up to 11 months old. Its now chucking out tepid water and no matter what we do it just doesn't want to get warm. We've turned the spindle on the thermostat, as per instructions in the manual we found on the internet, but still nothing happens. It says on the technical spec (screwfix) that it uses 1-5 bar, but screwfix advert says up to 10 bar. Our boiler (Ferroli condenser combination Domicompact F30) is operating up to 9 bar.
The boiler was fitted about 10 days ago and changed from a normal combi boiler. Is it a coincidence that the boiler has been changed and the shower now doesn't work? or is it the fact the the boiler is too powerful?
Please HELPPP. We don't want to invest in a new shower unless we have to.
Could the thermostat have gone inside the mixer? as when I look around on the internet this problem seems to crop up quite a lot with this particular shower

Firstly whatever you think your hot water is not at 9 BAR. Think again.

There is nothing about replacing the boiler which would interfere with the specifications however its such a coincidense that I would suspect installation dirt has got into the shower.

In my experience TRITON are the WORST products and they have the WORST customer service.

I have spent seven years telling everyone but Triton still dont bother to contact me to put right the problem which alerted me to the way they do business.
