Shower Door Handles - wheer can I buy some????

I have a customer who has snapped off both inside and outside shower door handles - these are two part plastic handles, which are secured in place by two self-tapping screws at 65mm centres for each handle.

I have had a search around the local plumbers and DIY sheds, but no one seems to do any handle I could use to replace these.

Can anyway suggest where I can obtain something like these I can use?

The shower is a Mira unit, but there is nothing printed anywhere on the shower enclosure to identify it, so I am unable to contact the manufacturer.

Your help and wisdom will be most appreciated!!!
