I've got a 2010V Liff water softener (volumetric type) which is not behaving itself. Basically the water in the brine cabinet sits at or just below the overflow level and the unit recharges every night.
I want to be able to access the service side of the control software to get a better idea of what the unit is doing - pressing +/- together gets me to a pass code screen - anyone know the code for Liff softeners?? (if you don't want to post the code maybe you could mail me direct?)
Also I want to be able to do a factory reset if possible to return the unit to its factory settings - is this possible, if so how?
