For all the eco energy saving types and to fill up the treasury even more, how about a meter on the toilet outlet that registers everytime someone has a dump, all the fat greedy types would obviously pay more for having more dumps, the goverment could charge VAT, mind you poorly people with diarhea would probably get away with paying less because it wouldn,t register but will be paying more for there prescriptions so it will offset the financial loss against healthy people, only problems I can forsee would be a shortage of waste disposal units as people rush to crap down the kitchen sink to avoid payment.
