Continuous high temperature exposure to chlorine should also be avoided, this only a problem when a hot water loop is used. A hot water loop is like a ring main, hot water is pumped out of the cylinder around a ring main back to the cylinder, all the hot water supplies are taken from the loop. This system gives the benefit of almost instant hot at all taps. This is common place in public buildings but domestic properties seldom use this because pipe lengths are often short. If you want a hot water loop and you wish to use Hep2o then it should be on a timer so that the operation is not continuous.
